Three A is working towards creating a society where foreigners and residents can coexist, and as part of this effort, it operates a rent guarantee service that replaces traditional guarantors and a job placement service for foreigners.
Regarding residence status
Foreign nationals must possess a valid residence status. Furthermore, residence status restricts the types of work they can do and their working hours. Therefore, if an employer hires a foreign national in an unsuitable environment, they too can be considered a perpetrator. It's important to understand residence status requirements.
Highlights of activities supporting foreigners
Services provided include attending interviews abroad, providing transportation upon arrival in the country, assisting with housing during the COVID-19 pandemic, assisting with resident registration, and hosting birthday parties with homemade cakes.
