Rent guarantee is a service where Three A acts as a guarantor and pays the rent to the property owner or rent management company on your behalf in the event of rent arrears or other issues.
What is a certified rent guarantee company?
A certified rent guarantee provider is a rent guarantee system that began in October 2025.
The purpose is to ensure the proper operation of the rent guarantee system and to enable people who have difficulty finding housing, such as foreigners, single people over 60, single mothers, former inmates, low-income individuals, and those in financial distress, to smoothly move into rental housing.

1. Low-income individuals (those whose monthly income, calculated by dividing the total annual income of all household members minus various deductions by 12, is 158,000 yen or less)
2. Disaster victims (within 3 years of the disaster)

5. Those raising children under the age of 18
6. Foreign nationals (those who do not have Japanese nationality)
7. Others (Probationers, those released from correctional facilities, women facing difficult problems, victims of domestic violence, etc.)
■ Individuals who are members of organized crime groups, individuals associated with organized crime groups, or other anti-social forces, etc., who fall under the category of those who are subject to the anti-organized crime ordinance, are not eligible.
